RecommendedI was able to secure a VIP appt for Sunday for my niece. When I got there the ladies were very pleasant. There was no wait and Olivia (the stylist my Appt was with) immediately took her back. My niece was getting the Iverson braids but up style with a ponytail which was an extra $10 which I didnt mind paying. She was there for about an hour and a half. They have no consideration for time. My daughter's appointment was scheduled for 11am and the stylist didn't start on her until 12:30pm. Unacceptable. They charge customers a late fee but they should deduct from the cost if they keep you waiting.
