We used other home health care agencies with middling results. Then Tender Rose was recommended to us, and we are so relieved! It is not an affectation to call their staff "Memory Care Professionals" instead of simple caregivers. Not to insult people who are simple caregivers -- sorry -- so many who do this task are true heroes -- but Tender Rose's MCPs have the extra training and personalities to deal with dementia.
