I worked with Tender Rose for several years providing dementia and hospice care. While the company offers consistent hours and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients, my overall experience was challenging. I was assigned to the same client for over two years and repeatedly requested a transfer due to emotional and mental strain. The Tender Rose team came to our aid in a time of great crisis. We needed immediate care for our dad and Jen and Claudia were able to provide incredible caregivers from day one.
