Below is my email to the psychologist. Called and called there office and no one picks up. I was directed to go to there website which is the worse computer system I have ever used, you can barely upload a photo. Seeing a psychologist is very personal and I expect someone to give me a call before they charge me 300 dollars. Very poor administrative support: nobody answers the phone and returns emails or voice messages. All administrative communication goes through one's counselor which I find unacceptable.
