Tender reflections is an absolute disgrace to all assisted living facilities. Brenda makes it an absolute hell to all staff and residents. Overall I would not recommend even considering placing your loved one in any of their locations.

If I could give it negative stars I would. I worked for the company and was disgusted on how not only the employees acted but how horrible the management when it came to taking care of the residents, not to mention corporate doesn't know how to run 1 facility let alone multiple. Not only does the company work employees who have high fevers and are vomiting during a pandemic and not care if they put their residents in harm's way but they also have a huge lawsuit against them. I just found out today that their State license to stay open is possibly being revoked depending on the outcome of the appeal with the State. They have a 95 page complaint on file with the State because of neglect of its residents. I have never read a more disturbing report than this one in my life. They really do need to be shut down.
