I spoke multiple times with Melodie Gazo from the Mission Hills office and it was very frustrating each time. This has been ongoing for a week now which is why I think it’s time to write a review. There is a lot of silence after I ask questions and when I ask if she’s still there she says yes but nothing more. Then when I ask if she heard or understood my question she’d simply say yes and then dead silence. When she does speak she’s barely audible and mumbles a lot.
