Our full-time caregiver, Grimau, has been truly exceptional in caring for my elderly mom, who is 94 years old and in a wheelchair. Charles, a physical therapist with Tender Home, worked with my dad and mom, on separate occasions, and he was so patient, personable, communicative, and caring with them both. I very much appreciated him and would recommend Tender Home!
We have been using the service for quite some time for my elderly mom. Our caregiver Vianey is wonderful. She chats with my mom and really enjoys spending time with her. We have been quite happy with some of the other caretakers, they are trustworthy and reliable, and communicate with you throughout the process.
I’m using home healthcare for my mom for the first time. I interviewed multiple companies and really liked how Tender was so professional. When we had our first meeting, it was via Zoom and they even scheduled a follow up meeting on Zoom as well. I was impressed with the recommendations and referrals that I received along with the possibility that their caregivers can drive my Mother to her doctors appointment. The first time I needed home health care I just picked the company with an office closest to me with a decent rating. Big mistake. After dropping them for poor service, I hired Tender Home Health and it’s been amazing. Super communicative, responsive, even when a caregiver doesn’t work out they find a replacement right away.
