My dad used this group. He used them last October even for an overnight for three nights. They seemed to do a good job. Then last month he started using them again and they were either late or didn't show at all. He asked for his deposit back and went with a different group. Not sure what happened in between October and now, but definitely went down hill. Unreliability is NOT what you need when it comes to dementia care.

This is a wonderful company to work for. Not only do they go above and beyond for their employees they also go above and beyond for their clients. The communication between the office staff and caregivers are wonderful. I miss working for Tender Home Care.
Nobody showed for the scheduled introduction meeting with my family members. When contacted the person at Tender Home stated that they didn't have a phone number to call despite the fact that two different people had given them that exact information. Poor customer service to say the least!

I am so sorry for any inconvenience this miscommunication may have caused. I, the administrator, failed to get the contact number from the caller when taking the inquiry for potential services. I assure you that it weighed heavily on my mind when I could not make contact to discuss services. Your feedback will ensure that it is not a repeated mistake made on my behalf.
I've had mixed experiences with their caregivers (mostly good, though ). The biggest problem is a lack of consistency. 7 different people in my family's home in 2 months is unacceptable, and has been discouraging to my father's recovery. Not recommended.
