We have utilized Tender Care since our son came home from the hospital (just a few months now). Paul and Austin both came to his inpatient hospital room (before COVID happened) and delivered equipment, taking the time to train us on each piece of equipment to be sure we'd be comfortable with it. While at home, every delivery has been complete and on-time, even during shortages.
