I love the constant reminders of appointments -helps me keep on schedule. The staff is excellent with the kids. My kids actually ask to go to the dentist!
OUR FIRST VISIT WAS A GOOD VISIT, UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS BECAUSE MY 4 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER HAD A ACCIDENT ON PLAYGROUND AND KNOCKED HER FRONT TOOTH LOOSE. THE WAIT TO SEE THE DENTIST WAS A 45 MIN WAIT FOR OUR APPT.(WE WERE EARLY TOO)BUT THE STAFF MADE UP FOR THE WAIT!!! ONCE MY DAUGHTER WAS IN THE CHAIR, THE STAFF BROUGHT THE TRUE MEANING OF "TENDER CARE"! WE HAD XRAYS,FULL CHECK UP, CLEANING AND UNFORTUNATELY A FRONT TOOTH PULLED :(AND A BALLON. My three daughters go every year to get there check ups. we always pick Holloween! The whole office dresses up as a character and the girls love it. The the few times that we have gone we saw characters from the wizard of oz, the cat in the hat, and We have even seen Dr. Kim dress up as Minny mouse.
My kids love going to the Dentist thanks the the nurses and docotors there.
Best office we have ever gone to. Even during an earthquake they were calm and reassuring. Would recommend to anyone.
I must say that the staff from the cordinator to the doc herself was so very pleasant!The procedure was explained, and all questions and concerns during and after were addressed immediatley. The entire staff at Tender care are amazing!I would recommend this office to provide the best to your little ones.

My 7 year old needed four teeth pulled and one spacer put in during a single visit due to her mouth being to small for her adult teeth to come in once the baby teeth fall out. She absolutley loves everyone at the office. They always make her feel at ease. Dr. Kim has a wonderful chairside manner. The numbing with topical and injections were done in a way that she didn't even flinch, and they gave her so much praise for being such a big girl and a wonderful patient that it made her smile.
