My son has a fear of dentists. Once I explained that to this office they handled him with "Tender Care".It is a 40 minute drive for us and certainly worth the travel.I would reccomend this office to everyone. Thank you for a job well done.

The staff was very friendly and were great with my 16 month old son. However, when my wife called to give them our insurance info beforehand, she accidentally told them the wrong insurance company, which they were in network for. They figured out the right one based on my employer, but failed to tell us they were out of network until we got the bill for $110. I even called before the appointment to try and straighten out he insurance, which they already had, and they didn't tell me they were out of network then.

Approximately 6 months prior, our 4 year old was traumatized by a visit to a different dentist at a different office and has cried ever since at the mere mention of a trip to the dentist. I informed Ms. Susan (Hygienist) and Ms. Kim (Dentist) about our concerns and both were very attentive and understanding. Both performed wonderfully and on the way home, this same child said, "Daddy, I like the dentist. Dentists aren't mean." Your firm is a lifesaver.

The staff took their time to explain procedures, tools, and treatments with both me and my child. My son left his procedure remembering the clown nose and his token--YAH

Tender Care dentistry is a wonderful place, the staff are friendly and professional. My son adores Dr. Kim and doesn't fear going to the dentist he looks forward to going. He has been going since he was two and they have always made it a pleasant experience. As long as they are open they have my business.

the experience of your office has been exceptional and your dentist and assistance have provided great caring and nurturing svcs. on his visit yesterday due to being numb to complete the dental work needed it has resulted in further medical treatment due to having literally chewing a large section of his lip completely away and leaving a large area exposed with concerns of this resulting in lifelong results. i would be more than happy to provide pics of this area for your review and professional direction for treatment or me... read more

I have 3 kids, the oldest was scared to death her 1st time needing a filling. By time we were ready to leave she asked if she could come back tomorrow for the next one! Everyone is great! Always on time with appointments.
