My son had two cavities filled. He was able to watch a movie during the experience and did not have a negative experience. He is having two more cavities filled next week and is not hesitant to go back at all.
As always my child enjoys her appointments. Never any complaints and always looking forward to her next appointment.
As always, the staff is very helpful. I showed up without my current insurance info and the employee looked it up for me and even gave me a handout with insurance coverage details. Extremely friendly and helpful. Dr Kim is always pleasant and professional and makes going to the dentist a positive experience.
The dentist was personable to my son, related well to him. She handled the visit with professionalism and courtesy. Thanks for the pleasant experience.
My three-year-old had two small fillings taken care of this week and had a super experience. The hygenist and Dr. were accurate in the recommendation that she did not need nitrous oxided (sp?laughing gas!), which I apprecitate since it is not covered by insurance. Everyone is very caring, gentle and thourough. They are great at putting the kids at ease.
My daughter had a pleasant experince. The tech that worked with my daughter was very good and patient with her even when she started to get upset. And the tech that did her x-ray and panaramic x-ray was very good, she explained what she was doing and why. She also made sure my daughter was comfortable and understood what was going on that nothing was going to hurt her.
My daughter was seen recently by Dr. Kym. First, I got our appt. time wrong and they still worked me in because her tooth needed to be seen about ASAP. Second, I just want to say that my daughter felt so at ease and calm during the whole ENTIRE process. Their method for doing fillings for her age is completely age appropriate. My cousin in Georgia recently took her son to get a cavity filled and they wanted to prescribe Valium to him and put him in restraints to do his filling. Needless to say that didn't happen.
