The folks at Tender Care are amazing and so very caring. My dad’s English Bulldog, Bandit, has been going to their doggie day care for many years, and he absolutely loves it. I lost my dad less than 3 years ago, and lost my mother less than 2 weeks ago. I received the sweetest card from everyone at Tender Care, and a personal phone call from Diane letting me know that they are there to help with Bandit in any way that they can. They took amazing care of my basset when she had to have emergency surgery. Very caring and understanding. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I still lived in the area.
I highly recommend Tender Care to everyone. Today I had to have my pug/beagle mix have his hind leg amputated. My boy is a rescue who was shot in the back as a young puppy and I adopted him knowing that he might have to have his rear legs amputated. My boy broke his leg and the staff at Tender Care took very good care of his needs and Dr Mark even called after his surgery to tell me that Bentley was fine and recovering very well. We always get stellar service here. It doesn't matter if it's the groomer or the veterinary staff, both are top notch.
Tender Care is a wonderful, full service stop for dog and cat lovers. Especially if you have a pup; they have daycare, vet services, grooming, boarding, training, and they sell pet food and treats as well. My boy thunder has been coming here for three years, and he loves everyone there. The staff is wonderful, and really does care about the pets that come in the way they would for their own!
