This is the worse Dental clinic I have ever been to. I requested a mouth guard for bruxism. It’s been 3 weeks now and they keep telling me there’s a delay from the lab. I said how urgent this situation was as my bruxism has gotten worse over the past few days. They charged me so much just to take a look at my teeth. Always canceling my appointments because of staffing issues and when I do come in, the lobby is closed.....
I unfortunately had a very bad experience with Tend Navy Yard. I was originally sent there from another location to see their orthodontist. The orthodontist (Dr. Kim) was actually fantastic - very kind and attentive dentist who I had no issues with. However, at what I thought was going to be my last session with him before transitioning to retainers, I was told at check in to my appointment that Dr. Kim was not available due to a personal emergency and I would be seeing a different dentist that day.
