Went to Tend for the first time last month and it truly feels like all they care about is money. First, they overcharged me and it is taking way too long to get the additional amount refunded, leading to a suspension of my FSA. Second, they told me that I absolutely needed a crown over an old filling and that it would be $2,100 after insurance. Twice my appointment was canceled last minute after making it weeks in advance and having to take off work. Instead of kindness, I get attitude from the representative. I used to like coming here but I’m not sure anymore.
Tracy was my hygienist and was great. Chaz was pleasant and thorough too. Dr. Soni was also very good. I didn’t know what to expect but pleasantly surprised.
Hasn't maybe barely been a year and my fillings are falling out. This place is super expensive for subpar work. They used to text me appointment reminders but stopped, I never opted out. But because they stopped I missed my first appointment and now owe 100 dollars for a missed appointment that wouldn't have happened had I just been texted like I had for all my previous visits.
