Upon arrival I was taken care of by a very warm and welcoming receptionist. She took my information and I waited maybe 3-5 minutes to be seen. The staff overall was very friendly, the dental office is very clean and they provide entertainment while you get your dental work done (TV on the ceiling). I really wanted to like this place. It's beautiful and very well designed — but don't fall for the modern aesthetics. I came in for an emergency crown. The dentist I saw was fine at the time, though I had ongoing problems with the crown afterward. The reason for one star is the billing. Everything was vague and opaque from the start. Some of that isn't unusual for dental work, and my insurance ended up covering very little. Went in 2024 for a cleaning and to replace part of a filling. Got a bill today for $10.50 two years later. Never has this ever happened at any of the however many dentists I’ve been to. Probably committing fraud and counting on people being too lazy to do anything about it. Last year they sent me a bill as well and when I called all of a sudden it was less than what was sent to my email. Ended up paying around $12. Tend are total losers
Best dental place I ever been to. Staff very friendly. My higenist was super careful and attentive. I left the dental office with no pain.
