Predatory company. They made three teeth seem like emergency needs when I just went in for a cleaning. A second option today disproved that.
My review is mixed bc there are some great dentists here, but recently I came in for a filling with a different dentist than the tend dentist who originally reviewed my X-rays. She completely changed the treatment plan without warning. She wanted to do 4 fillings instead of 2 and on top of that suggested (far more expensive) on lays. When I explained that this was not there treatment plan scheduled, she pretended that she couldn't see the prior treatment plan and notes (despite being from another tend dentist!) Great experience at Tend - highly recommend!
I cannot recomend this office. I had a disappointing experience at this location. I paid around $500 to have a chipped tooth repaired, but the repair broke COMPLETELY within about a week. After it failed, I repeatedly contacted the call center and was told multiple times that someone from the office would reach out to me. Despite those assurances, I never received a follow-up call.
