A nice way to loose money. – I recently had an extremely bad experience at Tena's. I first went into the store and talked with one of the sales ladies about purchasing an engagement ring for my girlfriend and I was quoted a price on the back of a business card, which she told me was an "Out The Door" price, of having a duplicate made of one of their vendor rings to decrease the cost of the ring, which was a recommendation from the sales lady.
