I’ve been Tenant File for 8 years. Started with the desktop version 7 and upgraded to Version 9 and now the using virtual version 10. The latest one is cloud based. I enjoy the user friendly software and have always had good customer support. I manage 70 doors and it is more than capable. Plenty of financial statements to choose from. Good records are very important! I recommend Tenant File.
