we moved here in Oct 2024 from Bravern -- loved it right away. And our experience has not changed. Here are the highlights. Postive 1. Gym is great. 2. Remote entry and smart lock very helpful 3. High ceiling, very sunny and nice hardwood floor, high quality construction 4. Very friendly concierge and prompt maintenance team Negative -- no surveillance camera, security could be better. Rent is MARKET, if they HIKE it despite the upcoming recession, then I will change my opinion.
Apartment size is great, that’s about it. Elevators broke down often and were slow, maintenance took a while to respond to requests, and above all, the rental increase after living here for a year is absolutely absurd.
