Professional and private one to one service. This is not an impersonal “big box” salon. Kim knows real luxury is discreet.
Tried numerous times to call and set up an appointment for me and my friend. No one answered my calls or Texts as they so clam that they answer. So if I could give them no stars, I would.
Kim was so preoccupied with her personal life that my experience was ok at best. Nice shop with no atmosphere! She was on her phone most of the visit. I felt rushed as she needed to meet her friend for dinner. I left not only disappointed, but the clear coat she put on my nails was all bubbled up when I left. I was not going back to tell her as she was rushing out the door behind me.I do not treat myself very often, but it was my Birthday. I now wish I had gone somewhere else.
