Voy para un año viviendo aquí y no tengo nada negativo que decir excelente lugar, equipo de trabajo muy eficiente #1 , personal de la oficina muy respetuosa y eficiente. Limpieza, respeto, buen trato, rapidez en resolver cualquier inconveniente doy basada en mi experiencia un 100% de calidad. Muy buena mi experiencia como residente de Ten Oaks.
Que el servicio sea eficas porque esperar 8 dias para traee una secadora y 15 dias para arreglar un refrigerador que no expulsa los hielo

Great location and friendly management. Only downside is afternoon traffic from the school up Lamar makes turning in to the complex difficult.

Nice place to live, only downside is some of the neighbors don't pick up after their pets so watch your step. It's a bit expensive but honestly it's worth the price, for about 1500 I have a 2 bedroom and it's huge with everything included. Management is nice, maintenance is quick, and the double pool is awesome. They WILL get you with a fee if your rent is late by even 1 day though, so no flexibility on that.
