10 Florence Street I have lived here for 9 years (I'm probably the longest tenured tenant) and have enjoyed the building and the management every step of the way. Marc runs a first class property and is very responsive to his tenant's needs. The property is clean and well maintained. DO NOT hesitate to look at apartments here. The location relative to public transportation, great restaurants and all Malden has to offer cannot be beat. If you lived here, you'd be home now. . .
10 Florence apartment I've lived in this building for 4 years; you can't beat the location and the price. pros: 1) the layout of the units is good and it has a nice flow. 2) building is clean and units has solid doors unlike other buildings where units doors are the same as bedrooms doors. 3) elevator works great. 5) I personally haven't had any issues with plumbing in 4 years unlike what I hear from my friends in other buildings. Mark / Management destroys quality of living The management of the builder (Mark) creates an environment of intimidation, fear, and unfair treatment of its residents. One tenant moved out and left the apartment unclean so what does Mark do? He sets up random inspections of ALL units to punish innocent, paying tenants who are trying to live their daily lives. His paranoia is evident in the signs he sets up on every floor saying that "cameras are watching you!" so you have to be careful how you behave. If you need maintenance ... read more
