Wouldn't answer when asked what he was doing. Misused trust gained over 4 years. Abusive to dental aids - unacceptably dominant, bossy - inappropriate verbal exchange. Clear mean streak - shouldn't call himself a healer by any stretch of the imagination. Have changed dentists. Don't send dentist ads via email.
