DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They lie about everything. Nothing works and they never come to fix it. I don't know how they sleep at night with their business practices. Getting a call back is impossible. You will do nothing but throw money away on a crappy apartment and get nothing in return but frustration. Getting an attorney to try and break the lease. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Templetown is literally THE WORST Realtor out there. It has been by far the worst experience I've ever had renting. They DO NOT take care of their properties, as you may have read in other reviews. this is true. Once they have their money they don't care at all. They do not care who lives there, they don't care about the condition of the place, they don't answer the phone. But they sure as hell will go out of their way to get their money.
