If I could put zero stars I would. I have had the worst experience with this company. I lived in the Modules. When we first moved in the summer there was no AC, they did some window treatment before we came and when we arrived there windows were not back in place, the second time they fixed the windows they left it wide open with the binds drawn up, there was black mold under our sink, and our unit was right next to the garbage room which smells horrible in the summer. DO NOT rent with TempleTown Realty. They are honestly the WORST. Last year was a nightmare for my roommate and I. Everything broke all the time and the customer service was simply TERRIBLE. I've reviewed this company before but Dana, the one of the managers deleted all the negative comments as she was "trying to improve the reputation of the company" but service continues to be terrible. DO NOT RENT FROM TEMPLETOWN, EVER! They are HORRIBLE, they never upkeep their properties, are extremely RUDE when they answer the phone (which isn't often). The women who work there have "misplaced" my address and because of that they mailed my daughter's security deposit to the WRONG ADDRESS... and then proceeded to charge me extra to get it sent out again! NEVER EVER RENT FROM THEM. THEY ARE THE WORST.
