Horrible
after I was done seeing the nurse they didn’t really give me no explanation about my visit they just gave me discharge papers & told me I was free to go, some of them work with a lil attitude & the place don’t feel welcoming.
Unfortunately I was not told about the mask policy when I scheduled my appointment. I was at my appointment on time and was turned away bc I did not have a mask. I would have gladly worn one if the million dollar hospital provided one. Disappointed to say the least. Poor customer service.
The first and last WORSE TEMPLE experience EVER and I am a Temple employee for 42 years who has always kept her medical needs in the family. I had an appt. with Dr. Gamez on 12/21 for an annual checkup and two days before my appt. I developed a UTI that was confirmed with a urine test on 12/21. A script was issued by Dr. Gamez to my Pharmacy the same day and never received.
