I would never take myself or a loved one to this ER again. What a nightmare. I had a very upsetting experience at the emergency room of Jeans Hospital. Not only do they have a strict policy that prevents family members from accompanying patients -- even those who are vulnerable, elderly, or struggling to communicate -- but the staff was shockingly unprofessional and rude throughout the process. When I brought my family member in, we were already stressed and worried. Instead of being met with compassion or basic courtesy,... read more

So far I am not impressed. I came in to address shortness of breath. I was cleared by a cardiologist and she said to follow up with pulmonology. All the doc would talk about was sleep apnea. While I do have sleep apnea, I am adressing it, and he admitted it would not cause me the shortness of breath. He scheduled some tests for me and I followed through. In my portal the only follow-up response to my testing has been to come see him in 2 months. This whole process began in April when I had my first appointment. I am writing ... read more

I can write an entire paper on my care at jeans campus. I was treated as though I mattered….with respect, professionalism, and politeness. They treated me as though I was family. I had to stay for two nights. Although this was new to me, and I would rather be home, I could not have been better taken care of. The doctors, nurses, assistant nurses, and even my meals (I’m a fussy eater) we’re exceptional!!! I can’t give a better review of my entire experience at Temple University Hospital. Thank you so much…to admittance where ... read more

By far the worst hospital I've ever been to. Out of control patients and rude nurses. Very unhygienic. In fact I wanted to take a shower and was told they had no soap. A hospital without soap-i couldn't make this up! My medicine was not given correctly either. I can't think of even one good thing to say. I'll never go back.

My wife was taken to the CRC unit this morning. The EMT guy who took her wrote down the phone number and told me I could call her, just give it about an hour. I called around 3:30. I couldn't hear the person who answered. Sounded like she was at a party. The background noise suddenly stopped and she told me to " slow down ". I explained about my wife and she said she could not give me any formation. Due to HIPPA laws she could neither confirm or deny my wife is a patient. I asked her if I could speak to anyone else she said... read more

I was very impressed with the care I received here. Dr.Tsu was pleasant, efficient and didn't waste time in chit-chatty stuff. She answered all my questions and came back into the room to make sure everything was addressed. Her associate was efficient, did what Dr. Tsu suggested. He was also pleasant. I cannot remember his name exactly, but it was two syllables, ending in "white." It was a very efficient organization, very busy. What looked like chaos in the waiting room actually was not. The room cleared out within minutes.... read more

If possible No stars from beginning to end. 11:20 AM lung doctor supposedly ordered an IV after the 7 pm shift left the incompetence really kicked in. Played the blame game the whole grueling 14 hours we were trapped.

I would not even give a one-star to orthopedic waited an hour and a half to see a doctor the only best thing about it is the doctor was the best. He was worth the wait to see but I will never go to jeans again
