By opening on Monday, January 25th, it is obvious that Temple University is compromising the safety of their staff and students. Reports from channel 6 Action News state that, "SEPTA has restored some services, but says Regional Rail will remain suspended, and that the city's snow emergency is still in place, all cars parked on snow emergency routes will be towed.
