I had the worst experience with the manager Kelly during my stay. She was very unaccommodating and unprofessional throughout and I’m glad to leave. Try to talk to anyone else or escalate to upper management if possible. Good luck to anyone who deals with her.
I lived with TempleResev for a year while going to Temple. Generally speaking, the apartments are well maintained. Had a few hiccups along the way however that were uncalled for... If you are considering living here, please read this in full to avoid the issues I had. Avoid this rental company at all costs. They try to come into your apartment on a regular basis as if this is still a dorm. Also will not notify you before entering your apartment at times and will send multiple maintenance men into an all female apartment without knocking.
