I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars for how I was treated and how Andrew managed the place I lived. I lived on 17th Street, and from the beginning he was nothing but kind and incredibly helpful. From literally coming over to help us build our furniture to bringing me a spare key when I locked myself out on the first night, he went above and beyond. I had the worst experience with the manager Kelly during my stay. She was very unaccommodating and unprofessional throughout and I’m glad to leave. Try to talk to anyone else or escalate to upper management if possible. Good luck to anyone who deals with her.
