Yeah they’re ignorant, I tried to stay because I love my doctor but the staff are rude and clueless it’s the same thing at Elkins Park! I guess these are the people they hire.
Dr Stavri is the best and will not judge you at all she is a great listener the staff is super kind. Don't mind the rude reviews we are all human beings, lets not act like we are nice to other 100% of the time and try to be understanding -_-. But I recommended Dr Stavri to my whole family and all my friends 10/10
Very satisfied w Dr. Stavri. She’s very patient and professional. She speaks Albanian, which greatly helps w my aging parents. All my family relatives are also switching over with her.
My family and I have been with this office since I was little. With dr Lizabram I loved staff and overall environment. Since he left I cannot describe how far downhill this office is now. The staff members are rude and unprofessional. I had an issue that needed to be resolved and 10 phone calls and one from my representative explaining things to them, I still received the same answer of I don’t know or I need to ask my boss.
