REALLY BAD!!!!!!!!!! If you are a new patient, right away change the physician. They will give appointments to new patients after 6 months only, but they take money freely. And few days before they will call you to reschedule. That is not fair for new patients. And sometimes their phone is out and WON'T take CALLS at all. Really bad experience for me and my whole family. I changed the doctor. From the reviews I can see some might be fake as its all good. But I don't think so.

Based on my call waiting experience. I had 3 in front of me..on hold for 15 minutes. Call disconnected. I called back. I had 1 person ahead of me. On hold for 12 minutes. At 12 minutes the person came back on the line and said again to please hold I have one person ahead of me. I said ok. At 14 minutes, I was finally tended to. In total on hold for 30 minutes just for my issue to be resolved in less than 2 minutes. I can't imagine the office is this busy in the early part of the evening.
