A joke and laughingstock of a doctor’s office. They routinely cancel appointments and have no follow ups to reschedule just an “oopsie we shouldn’t have scheduled you! Good luck!” - horrible customer service.
I have no idea why they give such negative reviews ! I would have to say that they are people who miss their appointments,smoke,drink and abuse themselves so much that every urgent care sends them there !it’s a shame the front desk is excellent the girls and men are on point! And my doctor swartsmen is the best doctor I have ever had , I’m 70 he keeps in perfect health he goes over everything to keep you in the game of life ! Keep up the great job you do ! Never give up!! Worst doctors office in Philadelphia. Nothing but rude and miserable women work there. Whoever is in charge of hiring at this office should be fired for choosing such terrible people.
