Horrible staff dr alstons even worse. My cholesterol was dangerously high when my blood work was sent to me and this lady didn’t even call to talk to me about it. They never answer their phones. They need to get rid of dr Alston I’m also reporting her to the insurance companies, they’re paying for our visits to get NO HELP

Very rude and disrespectful, poor customer service, can’t even get a hold of the place when it’s not busy which it never is. Dr is 400 pounds but is trying to incorrectly coach people on how to be healthy
First if you call their number it send you to voicemail even if the receptionist is not on the phone and you’re standing right in front of them second their appointments are months out so don’t look forward to getting an appointment this year one of the worst places I’ve been to
