No professionalism all the care about is the copay and billing information they won't register you until they get all ur billing information allowing others that arrive after you get ahead of you if u don't hurry up regardless if you or your child need attention while getting the billing information together
Incompetent billing department. We have been dealing with a sleep center bill for seven months. They tell us we owe nothing, but then we get a bill. We call, they tell us again we owe nothing, they we get another bill. We call again, they say we owe nothing and now a collection agency. Are we supposed to spend the rest of our lives talking to their incompetent billing staff? Completely unfair and lacking any degree of customer service or competency. I had to take my 92 yr old mother to Temple for a test in the Radiology dept. Her family doctor once again didn't get her referrals right. We weren't going to be able to get the test done without them. Thanks to Donna Bcssler we got the referrals & the test done. Donna was so sweet & called the doctors office, had to walk the nurse through the process 3 times. I can't say enough how much she helped us, I wish I remembered her coworker who also helped.
