Temple Lofts has really great apartments. The building itself (for 2 bedroom units) is a relatively new building and it shows. The appliances are great, and the maintenance team is quick and always eager to help. My only complaints are that there’s no elevator in the 2 bedroom building, and the dumpster fills up quickly. The parking situation is nice with having a parking lot located in downtown Indianapolis. The area could be better, but that’s not a reflection of Temple Lofts. I have lived at Temple Lofts for a year now in the newer apartment building with my husband. It's conveniently close to both the IU Indy campus and the hospitals, as well as a short drive from most downtown attractions like Mass Ave. There's plenty of parking, maintenance is very fast to respond to new requests, the gym at the leasing office is newly renovated (though very small), and the applicants in-unit are relatively new. “It feels like home away from our home country” Although, we were miles apart from the Philippines, when we arrived to our home - the ambience and every single thing in it was like giving a real home. We all didn’t feel homesick because of the vibe it’s giving us. Truly warming and comfortable place to live in!♥️♥️♥️
I have lived at Temple Lofts for almost two years now and have had a great experience. Not too many maintenance issues, when there are some they tend to handle it pretty quickly. Apartments are nice and standard for the price and in a great location. The Property Manager, Megan, provides great service, solves issues promptly and is very kind. I would recommend this spot
I love living here the maintenance is so fast and all of the staff are so nice!
