Severe mold issues. The management does nothing to solve it and it’s impossible to even get a response from them. Any van rooy property is the worst to live at. Everyday is a new problem.
Scheduled a tour for today at 10am. Arrived at 9:30am. Stood outside since 9:45am walked around to find leasing off. Called the leasing office by phone and dial pads. Left 2 messages. I emailed the same email that confirmed my appointment weeks before. I have not received a call, text, or email stating they canceled my appointment. While I liked the convenient location to downtown, I was dissatisfied with Temple Lofts. Like another reviewer, we had a mold problem, and we were there the very first year they were open. We were in a brand new unit, and the humidity was so high in the units that we had mold in our closets and window sills very quickly after we moved in. We thankfully didn't have it as bad as our neighbor at the time, but I cannot imagine it has gotten any better.
