the front desk staff is awful! since dr. Cohen left, there seems to be no competent practitioners beside dr bhogal but she is booked far far in advance. the NP is so rude and accusatory to patients being prescribed certain medications. find a new provider/pcp office immediately. would give 0 stars if possible
The front desk staff is horrible. They never answer the phone, and my they do they have a nasty disposition. The Doctors do not care about their patients. They prescribed medicine and do little to no research as to what the problem is. They need to be closed down or have an inspection in regards to there office & practice. 2 out of 10!!
The lady that answers the phone is very rude and does not know her job. Patients is calling to get assistance with things they don’t know or to receive help with getting in contact with the correct people. Instead of helping and being positive she’s ignorant and does not enjoy doing her job! Her tone over the phone is just unacceptable and needs to be looked into. All I needed was help. On February 8th 2024 I have never felt so disrespected and belittled in my entire life. Dr. Steven O Wolf has been me and my husband’s primary physician for a few years now. Although we have never felt welcomed by himself or his front office staff, we continued to see him due to such a busy life we could not seem to find the time for new patient appointments elsewhere. The worst!!! Doctor leaves without notifying patients and thn u gotta wait months to be seen by another doctor in the office because ur a new patient to them. New patient seriously? Been going to the same office for years and now ur suddenly new and won't be seen until after months. Can't go anywhere else bcuz u need referrals. Thers no such thing is an emergency. it's best to just change your PCP thn have to deal with so much here.
