The receptionist was unwelcoming and she appeared to be agitated when I greeted her. Also, the doctor had a grossly unprofessional disposition. Furthermore, he was demeaning and condescending. Any and every patient has a right to ask questions questions pertinent to their vist and well being without receiving degrading responses from a healthcare provider. Our lives are too important.
I've been in this primary care for several years I think since I was a teenager I haven't had really any issues until now I've been dealing with severe depression as well with weight issues, a few months ago I asked my primary doctor if she can raise my depression medication to a 20 she said no she wanted to do 15 and see how it goes I said okay but she gave me individual 5 mg pills and to take three pills to equal 15 and the results of following the doctor's direction with the new supposedly new milligrams was not working a... read more
the front desk staff is awful! since dr. Cohen left, there seems to be no competent practitioners beside dr bhogal but she is booked far far in advance. the NP is so rude and accusatory to patients being prescribed certain medications. find a new provider/pcp office immediately. would give 0 stars if possible
The front desk staff is horrible. They never answer the phone, and my they do they have a nasty disposition. The Doctors do not care about their patients. They prescribed medicine and do little to no research as to what the problem is. They need to be closed down or have an inspection in regards to there office & practice. 2 out of 10!!
