I was recently there The place is dirty! The carpet is filthy! Im surprise I stayed for my appointment. I’m also surprised that Temple allows a dirty facility like that! I walked into my appointment and all I did was give them my name. They never asked for any ID or any insurance. I didn’t show any paperwork and they didn’t give me any paper word when I left They don’t even know if I was who I said I was I wont be returning I took a video of the nasty carpet but it only allowed a still shot See attachment!
Schedulers are extremely rude and unprofessional. When she asked for my insurance information, she said I'll place you on a brief hold, which was five minutes. I'm not including the three times they hung up on me.
Dr van is my foot doctor she is so sweet and the students have pleasant attitude
