I have not as of yet started working out, but have met both with Kelly and Yolanda, who were both very knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in helping me to achieve my goals. And I look forward to working out under their guidance
I joined Temple Fitness two weeks ago and I am really loving it. I was looking for a boutique style, mostly woman’s fitness studio and this place popped up on my Instagram feed. I believe God lead me to this gym. I love that it’s faith based as well. I haven’t started the nutrition program yet but I’m looking forward to starting it next month. I highly recommend Temple Fitness!

Not only do you get personalized weight training (small groups so very individualized), but they have infrared sauna rooms for stretching, cardio and just resting.
