Temple fitness is a wonderful gym and community! Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable, and has made staying consistent with my workouts possible and I feel like I’m getting stronger every time!
Finally found a program for what women need in this next stage of life: small groups with guided strength training, nutrition education and support, focused recovery, and COMMUNITY that is motivating and encouraging. The first day I walked in the door, I was welcomed, seen, heard, cared for and even prayed for. It’s powerful to be around women who are experiencing some of the same things and we are building each other up, not competing or comparing. I’m so thankful to be on this journey for my now and for my future!
My strength training workouts have been professionally guided to insure I have a safe and successful workout, all in a fun and supportive environment. It gives me the strength and energy to enjoy my grandchildren like I want!
Supportive environment, knowledgeable coaches, efficient workouts, clean gym and bathrooms- options for nutrition coaching and infrared sauna! What more could you want??
I am so happy I joined Temple Fitness. The amount of love, support, and encouragement I receive both inside and outside of the gym has been amazing. Brandi is an amazing trainer and Kelly and Joey have been so encouraging. Definitely recommend Temple Fitness!
