Apparently, certain individuals do not care about their jobs at Temple University Hospital. I had several bad experiences with Temple G.I. Dept. 1)No instructions for colonoscopy 2)No communication with me to schedule an appointment,for a procedure.In other,words an appointment was made,at a time I can not make it to. 3) Certain staff , in the department are nasty and did not try to help me, reschedule the time of my procedure;and when I asked to speak to a supervisor.They told me,that the supervisor was not available. *Fami... read more
I read the reviews and had a similar situation happen. I don’t know what’s wrong and all they prescribed was antacids and said I couldn’t take pain killers because it masks the condition. But no results or solutions to my stomach problems
They have long wait times to see the doctor even for a follow up visits and cancel your appointment with out notice . Plus they have prisoners and armed prison gruads sitting in the waiting room with normal patients at any given time which I feel is unsafe and a safty hazard. prisoners should not becoming in contact with the general public they should have their own entrance and section for them to wait in away from the public.

I don't want to add to the litany of voices here but I've really been struggling to be heard at Temple Gastro. After I became a patient, the first few months any calls I made kept bouncing to the wrong place because their phones weren't working properly. Then we stayed a week in Philly for some testing and the radiology tech was nasty - my husband was up in arms that week, ready to fight him lol.
