Very professional, explained everything
TC services came out Thursday and changed my thermostat control and then told me my system was installed improperly. Your man left in his van and I haven't gotten a call back since. I talked to the girl that answers the phone and she said they will call back and no call. I just want to know if your going to come back and make the necessary repairs.
