As usual a pleasant experience. The 24 month service was quick and complete. The service associate "Bill" (I think), was helpful, knowelgable and courteous.

We had a great experience at Tempe Dodge, when we went to buy our new 2016 Dodge Journey SXT. Our salesman, Joey Collins, was very helpful, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He guided us through the process, from picking the car, through the financing (which went smoothly), and he made it simple and easy. DO NOT buy a vehicle from here!!! The trade in was a Canadian vehicle, which they were aware of. Then they wait a month to call and tell us we owe them the amount of the trade in as they cannot get a title on the car, which we told them it is because it is a Canadian vehicle and there are no titles but there are pink slips. I was told by Gilbert, their Finance person, "well this is America." As far as I am concerned, they have broken their contract and they can take their car back and I will buy another from somewhere else.
