We have been seeing Dr Wink for almost 30 years. The service is always wonderful. The staff and Dr. are knowledgeable about insurance benefits, they take the time to discuss how to best utilize benefits. They take the time to explain eye exam results and eye health. Always a pleasant experience!
I had such a wonderful experience at my appointment today. Dr. Wink took his time during the exam and was incredibly thorough. I had a wonderful experience wih Dr. Alan Winkelstein. He was very kind, patient, and truly took his time during my visit. he ezplained everything clearly and answered all of my questionsin. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a a caring and knowledgeable optometrist. His staff was also very friendly and welcoming.
I bet you understand what I mean when I say how refreshing it is to speak with a health professional and they respond as a human being. So many in the health industry, maybe through no fault of their own but a natural effect of market forces, operate like a robot and you want to wave your hand in their face and say, 'Hey, I'm right here.
