I was in a serious car crash and was in a lot of pain. I was told to take Tylenol. If the male nurses weren't so busy flirting with all the female nurses maybe I could have gotten better service. Took several hours to get 15 minutes of actual attention. Not very professional staff. It wasn't even busy. I left in a wheelchair in excruciating pain and nobody cared.

This is the worst emergency room I’ve EVER been to. They dismiss you and the doctor looks annoyed to do his job. I spent 7 hours there and they wouldn’t even prescribe me anything. They had to give me pain medication just so I could sit in the lobby but then told me to go to my doctor to get looked at more. They even said they thought I was young and didn’t need anything. I've been here a handful of times over the last 10 years or so (most recently last week) and they've always been great. In my experience the nurses and doctors have all been very nice and helpful. The wait times are long but that's to be expected in an emergency room. The reason for 4 stars is that I've had issues with their billing. It's a good idea to be proactive and stay on top of the charges so you don't end up with unexpected bills from collections that you weren't aware of.

Awful! The nurse lied about notes in my medical paperwork. They are completely clueless about epilepsy. I'm a disabled veteran and I am diagnosed with epilepsy. The nurse put that I was angry and pacing back and forth in my room which is a complete lie because in the post ictal state I wouldn't be able to even take the iv and roll it back and forth.
