We are very pleased with the Quality Service Temecula Realty has provided over the past 4 years.They service two of our properties and are extremely satisfied with taking care of our needs especially when there is a problem concerning the care and maintenance. Our tenants know they can call Forrest at Any Time to take care of any problem.Our properties are special to us and we demand special treatment by a property manager ,Temecula Realty Surpasses our Expectations.
The Temecula Realty team were recommended to us when we purchsed our first rental property in Temecula. Richard and Marty made the property rental experience smooth and easy for us. They not only find us a tenant but a good tenant who would take care of the property. Our house stayed intact after the first tenant moved out. They take care of everything from big to small. I would highly recommend the Temecula Realty team, Marti Scott and Forrest Greenwood, for both rental home and real estate services. Richard and Marti are amazing! I had a rather large propery that needed to be rented by September 1 which, given the month or so notice that they had to find someone, was no easy feat. Not only were they able to find a tenant for us, but they were able to find someone that could move in a little early and who wanted a long term lease. I lived in a location managed by Temecula realty, and they were always a pleasure to deal with! They made it easy to pay rent, with a good website, were always prompt worth ant repairs I needed, and worked with me to schedule a lease end date, as I bought a house after I was living in their property. I count myself lucky to have had them as the management company of my rental!
I contacted Aaron because I needed to find a house to move into and only had a few weeks to find one. I was overwhelmed trying to find one myself.
