We Met with Juan G*****, test drove a Nissan Sentra. I took a picture of the Window Sticker with the Price/VIN number. After 3 hours of negotiations we finally agreed on a price. We went to the Finance Department and were ready to sign and noticed the VIN number had changed and the new VIN number had a significantly lower price. We went to purchase a kicks (new 2020) at Temecula Nissan based on a dealer discounted advertised price on the internet. Called ahead to make sure they would honor the price as advertised. Went to Temecula Nissan on 3/29/21 to purchase a car advertised on their website for $10,994. I offered to buy the car for that price. I was told that I could not buy it for that price, I would have to pay an additional $2800 for "dealer add-on's" that are "already on the car". Absolute terrible experience with this dealership, I saw they had a 2019 honda civic sport touring for 22500. I called and they told me i am pre-approved, i mentioned i lived over an hour away so ill be a while. When i arrived i went for a test drive and really liked the car, he then tells me the car has nitrogen in the tires, a special alram system and that the tail lights blink when slowing down to get drivers attention better. I went with my daughter to answer an advertisement for a specific 2019 Rogue. With ad in hand and stating to the salesman that she wasn't interested in any other car, he walked directly to another model to show us.
