Friendly and professional they take their time on explaining what they’re doing and doing all the right tests. Super fast.
I just want to say this was the most pleasant experience and Cecilia helped me out and worked with me on my selection and purchase of frames.
The atmosphere was too noisy and distracting also perfume scents were upsetting. I don’t think I would return to this location.
Why do you schedule an appt at 3 and then u am not seen until 325? I dot. What time to look for stuff before my appt. I will look at stuff after I have been seen. Having 3 staff standing around chatting about personal stuff and laughing and not helping customers is not professional. Additionally arguing with me that i can't keep my old frames and just get new lenses is also rude and unprofessional. I will decide if i want new frames. Not just because my plan offers it. I know what my plan offers.
