Everyone is pleasant,Dr.Tanioka is great and Mona does a great job cleaning your teeth!!
The moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly and professional office staff. My wait has never been more than 5 or 10 minutes. Once I am brought into the exam room the dental assistant came in to explain the procedure. Being a newer method, and more technological way of crowning a tooth she explained the procedure to me. Likewise, th Dr. Also explained everything he was doing as he workd on my tooth. The result is great....the experience was good and I would highly recommend this Dental Office.
Creekside Dental's staff went beyond their usual excellent service during my recent visit. I came in on a Monday morning unannounced after completely cracking a tooth the day before. They preceded to squeeze me in and I left a few hours later with a new crown and a confident smile! Thank you again.

I've been going to this place for 3 years and been to dozens of dentists in various states - and would put Natalie at the top of the list for hygienist's. When I first started here there was a blonde hair lady at the front desk who provided great customer service. The Doctor is another reason I have stayed here also. There have been some issues along the way, but for the most part they have provided decent treatment and professional work.

There is no other like Dr. Tanioka. The office is most sanitary as it should be and so are all the staff. Dr. Tanioka is not just gentle and nice, but he is also funny. I say that because for some of us going to the dentist is not a pleasant experience and making the patient laugh really takes the edge off. His office staff are most helpful and courteous to especially Karen. This is coming from a resident of San Diego. I drive all that way just to keep seeing this Dr. That is how much I like him and his team

The only dentist I have ever liked was my Pediatric Dentist and once I turned 18, he suggested I seek treatment from another practitioner since he specialized in pediatric dentistry only... ever since I have hated every practice I've been to, and I've been to many in Temecula. Creekside is amazing. The dental assistants and hygeinists are friendly and warm. The receptionists explain your benefits thoroughly before scheduling any treatment so there are no surprises and Dr. T knows his stuff. I recommend Creekside to everyone.... read more
