Yesterday was the start of the second year I've been a patient of Creekside Dental (4th visit so far) and I couldn't be more pleased with the facility and its staff.I'm always greeted warmly by the front office staff before being taken back to the dental hygienist (Mona) who has a great sense of humor and is an absolute pleasure to be around (ask her to sing for you). The dental cleaning service was definitely excellent and her delightful persona and peppy background music made the process go by quickly. However, I was clearly disappointed in not being able to use the $75 deductible coupon I had received through Email days before my appointment just because I didn't read the fine print that I needed a printed copy. The disappointment and nonchalant response, when I asked about it was, "....we need a printed copy.... you have 15 minutes to go home and bring it back...." Like some of your p... read more
Amazing staff, the front office girls, maddy and jessica are such an asset to this office. Jennifer is amazing, always has been. Dr. Tanioka is a great dentist and the girls in the back are awesome! Thank you for being such a great office!
