Bathroom floor was dirty. TV broken. Ac broke down 5 times. Last time no one duty to fix it. I had to ask for a fan. Plumbing was clogged (maintenance guy who came to fix only nice customer service we experienced). Broken bathroom fixtures with flaking paint. Dirty jacuzzi and pool. Have an annual retreat here. We were told they are trying to become a 5 star resort so if we wanted to keep the same dates they would up prices so high they bullied group to change dates. Never returning. Food is ok at best.
