My husband loves this medical team, but the staff is so rude and incompetent that he is looking for a new doctor.
Beyond disappointed with the lack of patient care. Falsify information to patients. Oh if you want to talk to the office manager leave a message and zero call back. Your staff are direct representatives of you. This is the downfall in the current medical community. Lack of patient care and well-being.
I had to change cardiologists when I moved to Temecula area. I was so stressed over it as I loved my previous cardiologist. I now see Dr. Andrew Ho and boy do I feel well taken care of! He is always kind, takes his time, listens and explains. He is very thorough and I feel safe in his care. I even feel he is a better cardiologist than my last one and that is saying a lot!
