Service technician came to perform routine maintenance on a mini-split. I asked if TEMCO services/installs water heaters and he said yes, and asked if there was a problem. I said it was making popping sounds so he offered to flush it (at no charge) to see if there was any improvement, and he also provided me a quote for a new water heater. The water heater is now quiet, but it is 8 years old, so when the time comes, I will definitely consider TEMCO for replacement.
Your quick service when things go wrong is so appreciated. ****** has been great, resourceful and willing to go the extra mile.

I bought and had installed a new Carrier Performance 17 2-stage AC unit (along with evaporator coil and gas furnace) in November 2023. The owner, ********, was great, as was his Operations lead, ***, in answering my questions. ****** in the office also wonderfulpleasant and responsive. ******, my service tech, is knowledgeable, pleasant (and patient!), and explains thoroughly everything he is doing.
