My experience Brazilian blowout with this salon has been disappointing, it had been done very uneven. I also expressed my concern immediately after the process was completed but it was clearly ignored. Waste of my time and money.

This place is absolutely amazing. I been coming here for about 5 years. I visited many upscale salons, well at least that's what I thought. Rossy is irreplaceable. She knows exactly what I want every time I book with her.
I haven't had a go-to hair salon for over a decade because I'm so picky with how my hair is cut and styled, but I finally found my place! I got a standard women's hair cut from Rossy and she made my thick, wavy, unruly hair look AMAZING! I have been a regular at Telogen Salon for over 5 years (felt it was time I wrote a review). All the staff are always very welcoming and attentive. Rossy has been styling my hair for over 3 years and I can truly say I have never been disappointed with the results. I had my hair coloured for the first time ever this weekend and could not have been in better hands. I LOVE IT!! Thank you very much Rossy.
