this storage constantly changes up policy and never contacts you to inform of you of the changes! they dont answer the phone for payments ever! and will charge late fees while your trying to get a hold of them. we've had to contact someone above them in order to get late fee refunds due to them never being available for payments. several times we've gone up there to pay and while there are 2 vehicles there they have the doors locked and dont answer. worst experience with a storage unit. I've worked there for years and now it's run by a good friend of mine. The place is clean, the units are reasonably priced and there is a free move in truck available.
